After payment confirmation, we begin processing your order. When your licence is ready, the key and activation instructions appear in your NetCloud24 customer zone. We notify you by email when processing begins and when the licence is available.
How can I pay for my order?
Prices in EUR include VAT. Payment methods: Card, PayPal, Bank transfer.
Where can I find my VAT invoice?
Your VAT invoice will be available as a PDF in your NetCloud24 customer area.
How can I check the progress of my order?
Sign in to your NetCloud24 customer zone and open Orders to check your order status. When your licence is ready, the key and activation instructions appear in the order details. You also receive email notifications when processing begins and when your licence is available.
